Advanced Driver Training Program

​Training will be held in Clark County Ohio and Wood County Ohio

The program consists of two hours classroom and four hours of driving.
OBJECTIVES
Develop greater knowledge of:
-Driving physics
-Vehicle dynamics
-Proper vision techniques
-Speed and space management
-Distractions
-Driver fitness
​
Develop greater hands-on driving skills in:
-Responding to emergency situations including:
-Wet road maneuvers
-Emergency transition maneuvers
-Skid control
Students must be 15 1/2 to 18 years old and have a valid Temporary Permit
or
Licensed under the age of 18 years old to complete this program.
Professional Driving Systems students receive this training in the 32 Hour New Driver Program.
The Advanced Driver Training does not replace the 32 Hour New Driver Program.
