This program is certified to be used by courts for teen traffic offenders.

This program is court ordered designed to assist teen traffic offenders enhance their basic driving skills.
The program consists of two hours classroom and four hours of driving.

- The classroom covers driving physics, vehicle dynamics, proper vision techniques, speed, space management, distractions and driver fitness.
- The driving portion is performed with parent and student using their vehicle, for emergency transition maneuvers and wet road braking. Skid avoidance and control is completed using the PDS skid platform car.
